Guide to Pocket Rocket

Pocket Rocket is our brand-new worker app which will revolutionise the way in which you upload timesheets, access payslips and make yourself available for shifts. This app will be available for all of our temporary workers. This user guide will break down each section of the app and will hopefully answer any questions you may have.

How to register

First of all, you need to download the app to your smart phone. Please use the follow the download links at the end of the page. When creating an account, you must use the same email you originally registered with Jayco. If you are unsure which email this is, please call us 0191 691 4200. When choosing a password, it must be at least 6 characters long and include at least 1 capital letter, 1 numerical value and 1 symbol.

Availability

As part of our temporary work bank, we fit the shifts around your availability. Pocket Rocket allows the workers to select when they are available to work. They have the ability to choose between the following options:available in the morning, available in the evening and available all day. The worker can also add multiple availabilities at any one time, this can also be edited in the future if the situations changes. This information will then be filtered back to our consultants who will then contact you regarding available shifts.

Timesheets and Payroll

For the next 4 weeks, timesheets will still be uploaded to the usual email address (timesheet@jaycorec.co.uk). After this is, we will we activate the auto clock-in system, this will eliminate paper timesheets. We will provide more details at a later date. For any enquiries, please call us on 0191 691 4200.
