Health and Social Care Worker of the Week 13/01/21

Health and Social Care Worker of the Week

Being one of the largest independent health and social recruitment providers in the North East the majority of our staff have been working on the frontline during the pandemic. As a thank you we are rewarding them with some special prizes. All of our employees are highly skilled and experienced in their relevant fields with some joining the support bubbles of permanent staff to help reduce the spread of infection.

Every week we are going to choose an employee from our 100+ strong temp team. This award is for employees who go above the call of duty of their job role. The winner will receive £50 voucher from Amazon. As always, this award was extremely hard to give as we are lucky to have such a strong team who always go the extra mile. However, there can only be one winner. We are pleased to announce this week’s winner is Healthcare Assistant Michael Varty.

Michael showed great commitment over the Christmas period and covered a number of last-minute care shifts. He has been working for a care provider in Wallsend for a number of months now and is recognised by our client as an outstanding performer. Michael also regularly goes out of his way to help the service whenever there’s an emergency need. Keep up the good work Michael!
