Why are we moving offices?

We recently announced we will be moving our head office across the road to 7 and 8 Blue Sky Way. This next exciting chapter will hopefully commence by the end of August if everything goes to plan! We are not going too far; the new office is only located a few doors down from our current one, so you won’t get lost the first time you visit.

This move will double our floor space but more importantly it will allow us to create a better candidate and employee experience. The bigger space will enable us to expand our internal workforce and grow our already established sectors and have the ability to venture into new ones. We will have 4 dedicated interview rooms and 2 larger meetings rooms allowing us to conduct on site temp and staff training.

Sales, marketing, finance, and compliance will all have their own dedicated spaces with our sale’s team area quadrupling in size compared to our current office space. This move will also let us set up a fixed permanents team who will place high quality candidates into some of the most sort after roles in all of the sectors we operate in. This team will be headed up by our Director Jonathan Coates who has over 25 years’ experience in recruitment, across a variety of sectors. The top floor is open plan across two buildings, we plan to implement a designated breakout area which can be used as a work away from desk facility and an area where employees can relax on their lunch breaks. We hope this will be an environment all our teams can thrive in and help take us onto the next level. The news of 16 extra car parking spaces will also be greatly received by our current employees who everyday have to compete for the best spots outside our current office!
