Worker of the Month - February 2022

Every month at Jayco Recruitment, we like to reward our most hard working employees. We split the award into 3 categories Health care, Social Care and Internal (Office) worker, each winner will receive a £50 Amazon Voucher. The health and social care winners are chosen by our consultants who each nominate someone who they believe should win. After all the consultants have made their cases for their chosen candidates, they collectively decide as a team who is most deserving of these awards. The office award is chosen by the rest of the team who have an internal vote, in addition our Director Jonathan Coates has very generously said the office worker with the most worker of the month awards will receive an extra bonus at the end of the year.

This month’s Care winner is Liz Alderson! Liz is one of our most talented workers, she has over 15 years experience working as a Care Assistant and a Support Worker. This month, Liz has been working for a brand new service in Alnwick, she works there 5 days a week and our client absolutely love her!

Our Social care winner is Support Worker Sonie Johnson! Sonie has recently been working exclusively for one client, he works for a variety of their services around the North East. This client have nothing but positive things to say about Sonie and they are always asking for him back. He has been supporting service users who have autism and also challenging behaviours.

This month’s office worker of the month is Senior Healthcare Consultant Kurt Box. Kurt is no stranger to this award having won several times over the past year. This month, Kurt and his team have hit a longstanding target and they have been able to achieve 3 record weeks in a row which is a great testament to his leadership skills. Our health and social care team continues to grow thanks to Kurt’s hard work and dedication to JAYCO.
