Worker of the Month - June 2021

Every month at Jayco Recruitment, we like to reward our most hard working employees. We split the award into 3 categories Health care, Social Care and Internal (Office) worker, each winner will receive a £50 Amazon Voucher. The health and social care winners are chosen by our consultants who each nominate someone who they believe should win. After all the consultants have made their cases for their chosen candidates, they collectively decide as a team who is most deserving of these awards. The office award is chosen by the rest of the team who have an internal vote, in addition our Director Jonathan Coates has very generously said the office worker with the most worker of the month awards will receive an extra bonus at the end of the year.  

This month we had to alter the award slightly as we had 2 outstanding candidates from the health care sector. The two winners are RGN Anita Bhatti and Healthcare Assistant John Ugonna.

Our first healthcare winner is Anita Bhatti, one of JAYCO's most trusted Nurses. She works with one of our longstanding clients on a consistent basis. She recently picked up a VERY last-minute shift for a care home in North Tyneside. Anita has also been with JAYCO since the beginning and she is always receiving great feedback from all our clients, this is not her first worker of the month, and it certainly won’t be her last.

Our next winner is John Ugonna, John is a Healthcare Assistant. Over the past few months he has been working across 2 clients and they have both sent us positive reviews on how John works with the service users. Like Anita, John also picked up a last-minute care shift which is something we are always very grateful for as our clients are often needing same day cover.

The winner of our office award is Transport Consultant Jamie Watson. Jamie is one of the newest members to the team, having only joined 6 weeks ago. In this time, he has managed to double the size of his desk by bringing new clients on board and providing them with a regular supply of drivers. During a period where the whole country is facing driver shortages, Jamie has managed to oversee high levels of growth in both business development and recruiting new candidates.
