Worker of the Month - September 2021

Every month at Jayco Recruitment, we like to reward our most hard working employees. We split the award into 3 categories Health care, Social Care and Internal (Office) worker, each winner will receive a £50 Amazon Voucher. The health and social care winners are chosen by our consultants who each nominate someone who they believe should win. After all the consultants have made their cases for their chosen candidates, they collectively decide as a team who is most deserving of these awards. The office award is chosen by the rest of the team who have an internal vote, in addition our Director Jonathan Coates has very generously said the office worker with the most worker of the month awards will receive an extra bonus at the end of the year.  

This months health care winner is Shialah Mudamburi. Shialah is one of our longest serving Nurses and has been with JAYCO from the very start, her relationship with our director Jonathan goes on for even longer than that. Shialah always has a positive, can-do attitude towards her work. She really is a credit to JAYCO.

Our social care winner is support worker Tina Reader. Tina is a very versatile worker, this month she has worked both care and support worker shifts receiving great feedback in both roles. We never have any issues with Tina, she is always on-time for shift and she always accommodating if we have any last minute shifts come through.

This months internal worker of the month is our Marketing Manager Jonathan Parr. Jonathan has worked solidly alongside our director to move us to our new building, project managing not just our interior design, and ordering and purchasing but has also stepped beyond his role to work on our IT infrastructure all whilst keeping up to date on our socials and online marketing. A true JAYCO Recruitment star.
