Our story
A laptop, a phone and a different approach
Jonathan Coates founded JAYCO in 2016 to build a recruitment business that put more into its people. He wanted honest service, fair pricing and investment in training and development to be at the heart of how it worked.
Ten years later, some of our clients and workers have been with us from the beginning. Our team and services have grown, but those principles still guide us.
