TIG Welder / Fabricator

As a TIG Welder / Fabricator, you will be responsible for welding and fabricating stainless steel components used in the build of client's requirements. You will be expected to produce a good finish of the product ensuring it conforms with the provided drawing.

Responsibilities:

·        Fabricate and weld components as per provided drawings.

·        Use of hand tools.

·        Inspecting welded surfaces and dressing them for the best finish.

Requirements:

·        An accomplished TIG Welder with a minimum of 2 years’ experience.

·        Ability to read and interpret drawings and instructions.

·        Have an extensive knowledge in fabrication equipment and techniques.

·        An understanding of the properties of the materials you work with

·        Inspecting finished work to verify that it meets specifications.

·        Ensuring that safe work practices are followed and adhered to.

Hours of Work:

Monday-Thursday 8:30am-4:30pm

Friday 8:30am-2:30pm

Contracted hours are 36 hours per week.

Overtime is available which is paid at time and ahalf.
