2021 JAYCO Office Awards

This year, we celebrated our 5 year anniversary and another record year. In December, we hosted our annual office awards ceremony to award some of our highest performers of the year.

These are the notable winners; 

Highest Achiever of the Year - Kurt Box (Health & social care consultant)

This year, Kurt has grown from a resourcer into a health and social care team leader in no time at all. He works tirelessly placing candidates into care and nurse shifts all over the North East. Our clients have nothing but positive things to say about Kurt. He rarely takes a day off and he is an essential part of the JAYCO team.

Newcomer of the Year - Reanna Parker (Health & social care consultant)

Reanna has been working on our Health and Social care recruitment team for just over 2 months now. She has hit the ground running straight away and shown great potential for the future. Over the past couple of months, Reanna has been hard at work looking after some of our biggest clients and recruiting Care Assistants to help grow our temp work bank.

Turnaround of the Year - Chelsea Harvey/Jamie Watson (Payroll/Transport & Logistics consultant)

We couldn't chose between Chelsea and Jamie for this award as they both have had strong finishes to 2021. This award rewards people who have come back from a challenging situation.

Jamie is part of our Transport and Logistics recruitment team, he has been able to recruit drivers and get them out to work in their numbers despite a national shortage of HGV drivers. During, the final months of 2021 Jamie was able to bring on larger clients with both warehouse and driving recruitment needs. His hard work has resulted in Jamie having the fastest growing desk in the whole business.

Chelsea has been an integral part of our finance team over the past year. Alongside her weekly payroll duties, she has been working extra hours and taking on additional responsibilities to assist the finance team in what has been an extremely busy year for the whole team. 

The whole team have worked tirelessly throughout the whole year. Each department have excelled in delivering another record year, we can’t thank them enough for all the work they do.
