2021 Worker's of the Year

This year we have spilt the worker of the year award into 3 categories - Nurse of the Year, Support Worker of the Year and Healthcare Assistant of the Year. The winners were decided by the whole health and social care work bank. We can reveal this years winners are:

Nurse of the Year - Shialah Mudamburi

Shialah is one of JAYCO's longest serving nurses having been with us since the very start. She consistently works the most hours each year amongst our nurses. Shialah always has a positive, can-do attitude towards her work and her feedback from our clients reflects this.

Healthcare Assistant of the Year - Petra Ikenhi

Petra is one of our most reliable carers. She is always very polite to speak to over the phone and we have never had any complaints about her work from our clients. Furthermore, Petra is always happy to help with any last minute shifts that may come through.

Support Worker of the Year - Richard Mbonipa

Richard is a highly talented worker. Over the past year, he has thrived in a number of services from working with young people to service users with challenging behaviour. He is always a popular choice amongst clients and service users alike.
