Health and Social Care Worker of the Week
At Jayco we are lucky to have such highly skilled and dedicated workers in all our sectors. This year we are bringing back worker of the week to reward them for all their hard work, the winner will receive a £50 gift voucher. As always, this award was extremely hard to give and it could have gone to a number of our workers. However, only one person can win, and we are pleased to announce that Famous Ikenhi is this week’s winner.
Famous is one of our Healthcare Assistants who always show’s a willingness to help out whenever and wherever he is needed. Famous has shown remarkable flexibility and adaptability this week as he has had his rota changed 4 times. Although predominantly a night shift worker, Famous has swapped too days in order to help with recent surge in demand and has picked up last minute bookings. Recently his work with our longest standing client Malhotra Care Homes has provided much needed continuity of care and has been gained strong feedback, the client requesting Famous back for shifts and classing them as part of the team there. Famous has been with us for over 2 years now and we have never once had a complaint about him he has also worked consistently throughout.
