Worker of the Month - May 2021

Every month at Jayco Recruitment, we like to reward our most hardworking employees. We split the award into 3 categories Health care, Social Care and Internal (Office) worker, each winner will receive a £50 Amazon Voucher. The health and social care winners are chosen by our consultants who each nominate someone who they believe should win. After all the consultants have made their cases for their chosen candidates, they collectively decide as a team who is most deserving of these awards. The office award is chosen by the rest of the team who have an internal vote, in addition our Director Jonathan Coates has very generously said the office worker with the most worker of the month awards will receive an extra bonus at the end of the year.  

Without further delay, we can reveal this month’s winners are Anjela Cranson (Social Care), Adriana Inta (Health Care) and Kurt Box (Office).

Kurt Box has been part of our Health and Social Care recruitment team for almost a year now, starting off as a resourcer he is now one of our most talented and hardworking consultants. Over the course of the last few months Kurt’s desk has doubled in size thanks to his efforts in bringing in new clients and keeping them, he is consistently hitting his weekly targets and he even has time to present the JAYCO news every week!

Our Healthcare winner Adriana Inta is one of our most reliable RGN’s and she consistently works 5-6 shifts a week.  This award is long overdue for Adriana who rarely says no to a shift, and she is happy to work in a variety of locations all over the North East and for any client/service.

Anjela Cranson is this month’s Social Care winner. Anjela is one of our newest Senior Support Workers, who so far has received glowing feedback from all the services she has been in. Anjela hit the ground running at JAYCO by taking shifts less than 24 hours after her induction which demonstrated her impressive work ethic from the very start.
