Worker of the Month - April
Every month at Jayco Recruitment, we like to reward our most hard working employees. We split the award into 3 categories Health care, Social Care and Internal (Office) worker, each winner will receive a £50 Amazon Voucher. The health and social care winners are chosen by our consultants who each nominate someone who they believe should win. After all the consultants have made their cases for their chosen candidates, they collectively decide as a team who is most deserving of these awards. The office award is chosen by the rest of the team who have an internal vote, in addition our Director Jonathan Coates has very generously said the office worker with the most worker of the month awards will receive an extra bonus at the end of the year.
This month’s social care winner is Support Worker Aurelija Sapranaviciute. Aurelija is one of our longest serving Support Workers having been with JAYCO for over 2 and half years, she is always in high demand amongst our clients as they are always asking for her availability. Aurelija works all over the North East with service users who have challenging behaviours. Another strength of Aurelija is her ability to work a number of different shift patterns which includes day, night and sleep in shifts.
Our care winner is Healthcare Assistant, Andrea Brown. Andrea is one of our most reliable Care Assistants, we never have any complaints whilst she is on shift. Her timekeeping is always impeccable and our clients are always praising her work. She often picks up last minute shifts and is prepared to work wherever she is needed.
Social care consultant Paul Deen is our office winner for April! Paul recently celebrated his 1-year work anniversary with us and surprisingly this is his first worker of the month award. Paul runs our social care desk where he places Support, Sessional and Children’s Residential workers in services all over the North East. This month he has managed to maintain his growth and hit his targets on a more consistent basis. He always keeps the office laughing with his unique sense of humour and we will miss him greatly when he goes on paternity leave next week!
