Worker of the Month - January 2022

Every month at Jayco Recruitment, we like to reward our most hard working employees. We split the award into 3 categories Health care, Social Care and Internal (Office) worker, each winner will receive a £50 Amazon Voucher. The health and social care winners are chosen by our consultants who each nominate someone who they believe should win. After all the consultants have made their cases for their chosen candidates, they collectively decide as a team who is most deserving of these awards. The office award is chosen by the rest of the team who have an internal vote, in addition our Director Jonathan Coates has very generously said the office worker with the most worker of the month awards will receive an extra bonus at the end of the year.  

This month’s Care winner is Care Assistant Omo Igbineweka! Omo has recently re-joined JAYCO and we couldn’t be happier, she is one of our hardest working Care Assistants. Omo works in a number of care services around the North East, she is a very versatile worker and is more than happy to do either day or night shifts. Our clients are always pleased to have her back.

Our Social care winner is Support Worker Tolulope Fam! Fam is one of our hardest working Support Workers and in January he worked in several different services for one client. He predominantly works with young people and our clients are always quick to praise his skills and work ethic.

This month’s office worker of the month is Reanna! Reanna works on our Health and Social care recruitment team and she supplies some of the biggest Care providers in the North East with Carers and Nurses. Despite being one of our newest consultants, Reanna has one of the fastest growing desks in the business as she is constantly recruiting new carers for our temporary work bank.
