Workers of the month July 2021

Every month at Jayco Recruitment, we like to reward our most hard working employees. We split the award into 3 categories Health care, Social Care and Internal (Office) worker, each winner will receive a £50 Amazon Voucher. The health and social care winners are chosen by our consultants who each nominate someone who they believe should win. After all the consultants have made their cases for their chosen candidates, they collectively decide as a team who is most deserving of these awards. The office award is chosen by the rest of the team who have an internal vote, in addition our Director Jonathan Coates has very generously said the office worker with the most worker of the month awards will receive an extra bonus at the end of the year.  

This month, we have joint winners for our internal award! Both our Director Jonathan Coates and Consultant Kurt Box were tied on 3 votes each. Jonathan and Kurt have both been working hard on their Health and Social care desks, in what has been an extremely busy month. They have managed to sustain our growth in this sector and help integrate new members to the team.

Our health care winner is RGN, Roxy Rezmuves. Roxy has been part of JAYCO since the very start and she is one of our most respected Nurses. Throughout the pandemic she has worked continuously hard in a number of care services. Roxy is also expecting a baby later on this year, which we all can’t wait to meet!

Last but not least, this month’s social care winner is Support Worker Rebecca Dunn. Rebecca Dunn is one of our newest workers having only joined in May this year. She is constantly picking up last minute sleep in shifts which we are always greatly grateful for.
