Worker of the Month - May

Every month at Jayco Recruitment, we like to reward our most hard working employees. We split the award into 3 categories Health care, Social Care and Internal (Office) worker, each winner will receive a £50 Amazon Voucher. The health and social care winners are chosen by our consultants who each nominate someone who they believe should win. After all the consultants have made their cases for their chosen candidates, they collectively decide as a team who is most deserving of these awards. The office award is chosen by the rest of the team who have an internal vote, in addition our Director Jonathan Coates has very generously said the office worker with the most worker of the month awards will receive an extra bonus at the end of the year.

Our office worker of the month is Hannah Metcalfe! Hannah works on our Industrial and Logistics recruitment team as an Account Manager.  Hannah joined our team during a challenging time for the whole sector and now she is starting to see results from her persistence and hard work. Hannah has managed to build on existing client relationships and grow her desk throughout the whole of May. She has also had a strong start to June with a constant supply of drivers and warehouse staff to a number of clients all over the North East.

Our healthcare worker of the month is Wayne Lynch! Wayne is a Care Assistant who works for a number of our clients all over the North East, he is happy to travel where ever he is needed which is great plus. Wayne is one our most hard working and consistent workers we have in our temp bank, he regularly completes 4 shifts a week. We never have any complaints about Wayne and our clients a real ways asking for him return.

Edwin Benson Benson is our Social Care winner for May! Edwin joined JAYCO as a Support Worker at the start of this year and has been one of our most reliable workers ever since. He regularly works with service users with Autism and often helps us with any last-minute shifts that come in. Edwin has never once been late or cancelled a shift, he is always a great ambassador for JAYCO!
