Every month at Jayco Recruitment, we like to reward our most hard working employees. We split the award into 3 categories Health care, Social Care and Internal (Office) worker, each winner will receive a £50 Amazon Voucher. The health and social care winners are chosen by our consultants who each nominate someone who they believe should win. After all the consultants have made their cases for their chosen candidates, they collectively decide as a team who is most deserving of these awards. The office award is chosen by the rest of the team who have an internal vote, in addition our Director Jonathan Coates has very generously said the office worker with the most worker of the month awards will receive an extra bonus at the end of the year.  

Roxy Rezmuves is this month’s healthcare winner; she is one of our favourite nurses and the office team have voted her worker of the month on more than one occasion. She is always a very dependable worker, we never have any issues with Roxy and our clients are always very complimentary on her work. We must also congratulate her on the birth of her new baby boy , everyone in the office can’t wait to meet him!

Another previous winner of the social care award is Christine Young. Christine has shown again this month she is willing is to go the extra mile when it comes to her work. She filled a very last-minute shift for us, for one of our longstanding clients which we are very thankful for. Christine continues to show she is one of our best support workers and someone we can always rely upon.

This months internal award goes to Morag Taylor! Morag is our Credit Controller but this month she has been going above and beyond her usual duties in what has been an extremely busy period for the finance team. Morag has also been working beyond her usually hours this month which the whole team are extremely grateful for.
